“(Ha, hell no!)”
The younger brother knocked before entering the Hall.
“Yea Brey, come in”
“(uwah, is always a little weird how she knows every time)” as he opened the door, He saw her in the middle of the hall, the Stained glass that the humans made for the hall decades ago was shining in a way Brey had never seen, the rays of light through the stained glass surrounded Azur on her throne and desk with the golden lights of sunset, Brey was lost for words for a while, he almost fell for Azur again.
“You just going to stay there?” Azur knock him out of his trance.
“Ah, sorry, is just... nevermind”
“Then leave, I have a lot to work to do”
“Wait, no, that’s not what I meant...”
“Then speak” she sounded annoyed.
“(crap, what did Aqua did to her?!) Well, is rather...”
Azur was writing the letter still almost ignoring one of her comrades.
“(Tell her you dumbass, you have to get this for Xaga)” he cheered himself up, no real meaning In these thoughts other than that “Ephi told us about the Dragolisk!” he all of the sudden yell those words.
“(Us? Damn it Ephi) and I assume you and Mavlov want a little of it as well, then go to Rek and the butcher”
“(That was easy...) That’s one reason of why I'm here, you see”
“You want Ephi to prepare it... *sigh*…” As Azur said this Brey grew into despair “actually...” Brey lived inside once again “this could be fun and useful” Brey barely hear those words that Azur murmured under her voice to herself “I’ll tell you what, I'll let you, but it will count as both of your full rewards for the Lion matter”
“That’s a heavy price... (Do I take it or do I take some time free to go with Xaga?...)”
“Then, deal?”
Brey thought for a while “(Wait, that’s right! The bet with Mav)” He realized he had a plan B but he felt sorry for his brother who had to work a little extra after this ”You have a deal Azu”
“Wow, really? And here I thought you’d rather that free time with Rek’s girl you were always talking about” She looked and sounded more easygoing than when Brey had first entered the hall.
“Oh, I have that covered (And she is has the same age as you!)” he was proud of his scheming.
“Then it looks like we are having many guests tonight, one thing, before you go to my house, go get the drinks from that human bar, I’ve already ordered, but go get them for me”
“(The final task...) Consider it Done”
“But take this, you have problems with the language of humans, don’t you?” She handed him a paper this time with actual letters on it, he could not read it, but he knew that it was the humans' language.
“Ha, thanks! then I'll be leaving”
“Not so fast, why were you so scared when you just entered the Hall?”
“(I can’t say that out loud!) I... I was still on edge about the Lion...” a lie, obviously.
“Whatever, I'll squeeze it out of you once when we have that human stuff”
“Not... fair”
“Get out of here before I change my mind!”
“Y-yes”
As he walked outside, he headed towards were Mavlov went earlier and caught him on the way back to the hall.
“Mav!” he reached for his older brother.
“Oh, Brey, that wrapped up faster than expected, any luck?”
“You owe me an Eel! Haha!”
“Now those are news!”
“I assume everything went well your side”
“Of course, today brother, we dine in Hell, Haha!”
“Haha!” a couple of houses on their way Brey told Mavlov what he had traded of for the dinner.
“Really, well that’s a damn shame, I wanted to use that free time for catching your reward”
“What!... Crap...” Brey stopped walking.
“What is it?”
“Without that I'll have no way of meeting with Xaga... I wanted her to cook it for me...”
“We can work something out; I'll call in a couple favors”
“Really?! Thanks”
“Oh, you are repaying, ya hear?! But we’ll worry about that later”
“Yeah, now for those drinks at the Human’s bar!”
“Shush you crazy, we may give more trouble to Azur”
“Right, better to hurry” they whispered to each other.
Azur The Young Village Chief, twenty-two years old, almost 1.9m tall, taller than most females of her age she has managed incredible feats for her age making her a living legend among her people. This include: Finding the Trident of Alexandrite a powerful magical weapon, one of the Smartest Krygnym know to the village, an skilled magic caster, while she focus her magic more on her Style than on actual spells, she could undoubtfully cast some powerful spells and the one she is the proudest of, The First Alexandrite Leader after a Long time. She acts very serious most of the time, loosing up a little when she is talking with some close friends and Ephiri of course, her younger not blood related sister. She is proud of everything she has done for Alexandrite so far, but she always feels like something is off, like she is missing something however, she does not let this feeling of emptiness drag her away from her duties as Leader. (note: this is an Update/Slight Redo of the original on the very fist part, since i decided it did no did justice to her character. And yes her age changed, this is NOT a timelapse just an update)
Styles: while magic is centered on casting powerful spells that could raze an entire mountain they require focus from the caster and some materials that vary between caster and/or spell, while physical combat focus obviously on strength. Styles are a combination of both, some may say that are just self-applied buffs, but there is more to Styles that just that, examples of styles are:
Tumul’s Titanic Style: Is a defensive Style that grants an incredible amount of defense for a short time but Tumul has managed to twist its properties a little bit through the years as to make it a speed granting Style, using this defense gain to put a literal self-arm breaking force on a strike thus being able to hit faster and harder while not taking any damage, sadly age has slightly weakened this style that both his sons practiced. Titanic only real weakness it the limited movement of its user since it has to focus its power on the right places.
Tumul’s Ultimate technic was called “Titanic Smash”: a single blow that only needs 1cm to deal an earthshakingly amount of damage. is was called that since he cannot perform it anymore.
Azur’s Flow Style: she describes it as a Time-slowing but in reality, is a speed type Style, she gains an enormous amount physical and mental speed, allowing her to land precise and deadly blows and slashes to her enemies, is a self-taught Style since she invented it to defeat Aquara, it is a very ‘young’ Style and has many things to develop.
Azur’s ultimate technic is called “Endless Flow”: a seemingly endless amount of combinations between punches, slashes, kicks and tail swipes. She can perform it while moving all around her target. Simple but damn effective.
