What a shame

Lost in anarchy
to save her vanity,
What a shame
no one saw
the outlaw.
The asymmetric teeth
(who cared what lay underneath)
the frizzy hair
(but no questionnaire)
as no one saw
the girl who was the eye sore.
Concrete visions
of joyful ambitions,
yet halfway mediocre.
What a shame
no one saw
the girl on the see-saw.
Invisibility,
ultimately, her enemy.
What a shame
no one saw
the beauty of this girl's galore.
Lost in silent abhorrence
of twisted contortions,
What a shame
no one saw this girl's chainsaw.
