Wannabe popstars on trial by TV,
Who will succeed, keep watching you'll see!
Five lucky winners will be forming a band,
A punishing schedule the panel demand.
Broken hearts cry tears of rejection,
Doting parents give hugs of affection.

A number 1 single their ultimate goal,
Rejection for others, perhaps life on the dole.
Successful band members face a media scrum,
With flashbulbs and hype their careers have begun.
Wisked off together to make friends and bond,
Anonymous lyricists compose their new song.

The tension mounts as their single's released,
Will it be welcomed ,famine or feast?
There's no need to worry their management claim,
They are already guaranteed near instant fame!
The results are broadcast on Sunday's live chart,
Their dreams are fulfilled, it's a record breaking start!!
