Little Clown

It rains with no relent,
leaving the little
clown
wet in her circus tent.
Fear not, little
clown
when the rain is through
the sun will come
around.
The circus may be over today
but after the
stars comes tomorrow,
A bright brand new day.
The
cotton candy and popcorn is all gone,
the people have all gone
home.
You can't understand what went wrong.
Little
clown, let me philosophize:
There's a time for
everything,
and when for what can't be prophecized.
When the time for fun again arrives
bask in it and
enjoy, get mud in your toes
and make your very best strides.
In the turn of nature, sadness need be
present.
Except your solace as worthy for
learning,
for sadness without reason causes
resent.
So little clown, never mind the
rain
and look forward to tomorrow,
it very well may
be free of sorrow.
Always rise above the circus pain.
