Murder
Hate eats away at the soul
It festers inside anxious to be released from its` moral cage
Hate resides in his very core, seething, waiting
And then the opportunity presents itself
He draws the dagger as the young girl enters the alleyway
It`s almost too easy
The moon obscured by clouds, too horrified to watch
He draws nearer, a serpent lurking in the shadows
He hovers, waiting for the time to strike
She stumbles
The time is now
He leaps forward and grabs her before a sound can be made
A perverse sense of excitement rushes through him
This is what he lives for
She fights back but he holds her firmly against him
He tries to comfort her but it makes her struggle more
He tells her that they`ll be together forever
That everythings` going to be okay
The more she struggles the more he enjoys it
She bites him and makes a break for it
Now he`s mad
She screams but no one hears her cry
He throws himself at her knocking her to the ground
He starts hitting her across the face
Again and again
He`s lost all control now
But then he remembers the dagger
A smile stretches across his face
Twisted beyond recognition
He stands over her, the dagger glinting in the moonlight
She starts crying hysterically
He cuts into her slowly, savouring her pain
Barely conscious she can hardly feel it as the steel slices into
her
Darkness surrounds her vision
Somehow she manages to mouth the word "why"
The last thing she remembers before slipping away is someone
laughing
