W) Falling for Gwynneth Paltrow

I have fallen for this slender young actress
some few decades my junior

perhaps this poem will be so brilliant and tender
or funny and pathetic
that it will reach her and she will adore the author
as maidens are supposed to swoon
for the saturnine but sad Salinger

we'll marry when flowers
are most Shakespearean
- that is if she accepts me
