CHILD OF NATURE
Child of nature without a care,
I share my dreams with chilly air.
I now not know my simple name,
All my fear I begin to tame.
I came to this land from above,
Once an infant, once muched loved.
But for now I live in a metal shrine,
That had wings, and passengers did dine.
All are gone they think I'm dead,
Maybe a dream of truth as darkness bled.
Now I live without any scorn,
I almost think I've been reborn.
As the years go by to some degree,
I gain, as I stand untouched and free.
