You never knew what I felt-
your voice a tolling bell, death jam;
calling me out from the shadows
and every-time I rose again and again-
flashing like Rome eternal and mighty
but doomed to fall down even lower.
Elating me to new heights
where only Gods trod
sending out their thread lights;
warmed in the palms of their hands.
Laughing…
as my light was exhausted by your smile.
