It's Only A Matter Of Time...

It's just been announced on the news:

is to devalue the Minute by five percent";
So from now on time will fly by at a rate
Of exactly three seconds per minute faster,
And to balance the amount of time to be lost
All clocks will be stopped at midnight each night
For one hour and... and... and during that break
We can catch up on some sleep ourselves!
