Proofing a project plan quite
meaningless behind its business
blag, the still office punctuated
by drugged sighs, through the
after-lunch sludge you trudge,
emails pinging like Space Invaders,
all those lost battles, last night
you cried like a cracked cup. When will
your gypsies come, pack you into
your box, ship you off to Europe?

cried like a cracked cup is good, but in it and the lines following we're seeing a weakness that seems incongrous for the smart. efficient, creature your vampire has seemed to be.
