Rise

Though I am knocked down unto obscurity,
spitting on my desolate body you left wanting damnation,
my eternal spirit burns and rises much higher than a phoenix,
knowing that through this travesty I shall repay the debt.
Rising up past the evils of unprecedented woe,
you will not win this bloodied battle over my soul,
for every time I fall gives way to my burning ascension,
my ultimatum is based on solid steel bolted in my heart,
awaiting for you to destroy so that I will rebuild ten fold.
