Death of a Whale

Falling body,
Weightlessly descending,
Life of magic ending,
Drifting down to sand.

Ghostly body,
Glowing like an omen,
Mysterious and swollen,
Fill the void with death.

Eerie body,
Balancing on stillness,
Died from age or illness,
Fish feed on your mind.

Straggled body,
Deathly pale, encrusted,
Barnacles have clustered,
Your life has come to pass.
