Winter Warmers - An Ode

Ah! To be a pair of drawers
In flannel nice and thick.
I’d wrap myself around your legs
And warm you double quick.

I’d be the colour purple,
A shade to please the eyes;
I’d save you from thrombosis
And stimulate your thighs.

I’d never be too clingy,
And if you need it quick
I’d be right round your ankles
In less than half a tick!
