Quick glance in the mirror, checkin' out maself.
Couplo bits an' bobs to sort, the excersise should melt.

It's time to push the door.

Beside a gentle, calming face.

Those burly men who splish slpash, then
take up your energy bein' annoyed with them.
Pool etiquette is never found,
from fists that pound water around!
Just get back to my half an hour,
I find myself mumbling out loud.
Better do a breathing thing,
Air pushed out then sucked back in.

Hold my head up oot the water
Hair piled up, knowin' am gorgeous!

Swimmers with nose clips, heads in caps.
Flippers, ear plugs, muscles on backs.
Sit-ups in the sauna help to keep my gut flat.

Get masel' sorted,
Munch a bit froot.
Jump into ma claes an' then,
Get the feck oot ..
