How could I be so stupid?

I didn't mean to do it,
Didn't realise it wasn't you.
Here's another excuse to treat me like shit;
For something I didn't mean to do.

When given the chance I have to talk to you.
I love you, it isn't my fault.
Oh how can I reverse this?
Is there nothing I can do?

It was any easy mistake to make,
