We wander and wonder through life trying to figure out who wrote the book of love. Many people are far more certain about who wrote the book of life.
God wrote the book of life even before creating the world. Before anyone or anything existed God wrote the fate of the forthcoming people who would inhabit the Earth and later live forever in the kingdom of heaven. The Book of Life is alluded to in both the Old and the New Testament.
Even today, even right at this second God is studying the thoughts, words and actions of every person in the book of life which includes everyone who has ever lived along with everyone who hasn't lived yet but will live soon as well as those who have lived past lives and are reincarnated now or will be soon which means God is speed reading these words now as collect I them and type them into this record along with your reaction to thses words.
Hey God! How ya doon?. How we doon'? Perhaps more importantly, How'm I doon?
I'm not Jewish so I missed the whole 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur as well as missing Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur as well. MY bad.
Apparently my time has arrived right now to repent, pray and express remorse for my sins. I'm rilly sorry for my misdeeds and hope that my good deeds are better than my bad deeds are worse so that I can spend the next year in the book just in case this climate thing or this covid thing get further out of hand or whatever.
I've always been a fan of David and the slingshot and what he did to that fool Goliath but I'm just getting hip to his psalms, including the one that says that those who are obedient to God will have their names written in the book of life.
Don't let anybody blot me out please. I understand Moses wanted to be blotted out but you over ruled him which is what you tend to do. Who wrote the book after all? You can do and have already done whatever you want.
Two requests for blotting out come from men: Moses in Exodus 32:32 and the psalmist in Psalm 69:28. Thank God you denied denied Moses's request that his name be removed from the Book. The request of the psalmist to blot out the names of the wicked asks God to remove his ongoing sustenance from the living. I go along with the folks who say Revelation 3:5 shows that you never blot out a name from the Book of Life. Revelation 13:8 refers to these names being "written before the foundation of the world" in the Book of Life. God, you know the future so why would you add a name to the list in the first place if you were gonna blot it out later.
You're not that kind of God. You're a Good God....a nice God.
You're a great writer.
I wish I could get my hands on that book of life for a day. I know that I have my own version of it based on my subscription to ancestry.com cross referenced with my environment, DNA and conditioning but if I could just get a quick look on who's gonna win the Super Bowl this year, it would do a lot to help fullfill my potential on this earthly journey as I would give half my earnings back to some church somewhere and be grateful for whatever remains and spend it wisely in Your name
I'm a good reader...not as good as You of course but better than most. Give me a look at the book.
Just a quick one
My intentions are good.
The Bible is a start but let's face it, those guys are nothing when it comes to writing when compared to you plus it just takes too long.
Hit me with a glimpse of the book...your book
The Book of Life.
