Act 1...Scene 1

Act 1
Scene 1- scenery is in a old play house, a ruin now, messed and deserted. Eva a young woman who wants the onstage acting running again, walks on.

Eva- (to audience)have you ever dreamed a world where dreams come true, everyone gets what they want and everyone gets what they deserve, well if that’s what you were expecting then you’ve come to the wrong place. This is a musical where a boy has to fight to fulfil his dreams. You’re probably thinking why am i telling you this, well it’s because in this world dreams don’t happen, you do what SHE tells you and what SHE wants SHE gets, and SHE’s the head of the all film companies and mainly the world, Elsa Van Delsa, that spoiled old hag is why this story happened.

(bangs)

Eva- (to audience) what was that? I’d better get going before i get caught, me being here is illegal.

(Eva runs off)

(Police walk on)

Policeman 1- I’m sure i heard something!

Policeman 2- it was probably a rat or something like that!

Policeman 1-can rats speak?

Policeman 2- no but Ms Van Delsa can, and if it’s not praise then we don’t wanna hear it, especially if it’s about wasting time to look for a rat!

Policeman 1- ok then but i still think it was something or someone!

(Police walk off)

(Eva runs back on)

Eva- (to audience, panting) well that was close, (getting breathe back) how rude of me i didn’t introduce myself I’m Eva, I’m very—

(Police run back on)

Policeman 2- Oi!

Eva- Arrrgh!

(Police run after Eva off stage)
