I've spent my whole life, searching
Sightless, to character, to be
Then suddenly, you emerged
To wake, the origin in me
Where was reason, in my youth?
Submitting dormant, hid below?
Now rekindled in veracity
Permitting, me to know
Tolerance, has been a stranger
Crouched, head-bent, enclosed in soul
Now an ally, with my shadow
Obedience, yields, a calm control
Love, surrounded in illusion
Masked in passion, to survive
Now steadfast, in my being
In it's entirety, will thrive
As time exceeds, so wisdom-wonders
Exposing apertures, I may, subsist to see
Openings, locked, dormant, obscured
And yet,
Times-sequence, grants the key
