Less is More (More or Less)
One advice the dieticians give
is to pay attention to sodium
which is a tip that might be met
with indifference or even odium.
It has been said that using less salt
in our aliments is more beneficial
to our health and may save life
although the opinion is unofficial.
There are many people who agree
and readily subscribe to this idea
but they tend to regard it as unique
and thus tantamount to panacea.
Yet we know that other remedies
are necessary for our well-being;
one of the facts we cannot ignore
is how much obesity we're seeing.
The less one exercises, the more
is the danger of putting on weight.
To be less heavy makes more sense
and it will be good for the pulse rate.
