A Cup Of E.T

The moon looks like a giant biscuit
At times there's only half to see
As if some massive alien
Had dunked it in his alien tea
Of course he'd need a giant cup
Constructed by great forces
I doubt if such a cup exists
But they seem to have plenty of saucers.
