An Irish Sunrise

You stretch out your hand

and the sun rises in the sky 

How marvellous are the works that you do .

The grass is always greener there in Eire

and the sunrise speaks in places

as the light comes through ..

Tapestries of green and silver

spread gently through trees .

 Its another day to seek and to find .

May peace and love seize you

at the beginning of day

 and long may it be good to you and kind .

There are roads to walk and places to see on the way .

The day awaits , there is so much to share .

On mountains  and in valleys in the silence of the streams ,

 the beauty of Ireland is everywhere .
