King Rat

There are many rats ,

every one has a hole,

but there is one who is the king . 

Hope is the king rat, he’s the survivor .

While others gnaw you’ll hear the king Rat sing .

He jives around everyday ,

while the rest scurry and worry where they’ll get a feed ,

but king Rat just sits there on the edge of the low dock

with hope and he will succeed .

He asks no one for nothing but gets what he needs .

You’ll never see him but he’s there .

When everything and everyone has gone ,

King Rat is aware , so never despair
