There’s a madman in the shadows out there ,

on the run with a gun in his hand ,

He’s got no notion to surrender

and our lives are all hanging by a strand

Block him out , lock him up and stop him ,

stick him up , knock him out and bop him.

There’s a madman in the shadows tonight ,

he’s looking for a fight with anyone  .

He’s got a knife and he wants to take a life

and he won’t give up until its done    

Block him out , lock him up and stop him ,

stick him up , knock him out and bop him.

There’s a madman in the shadows somewhere,

with a bomb that’s about to explode  

He doesn’t care who is there when it does ,

he’ll kill everyone who gets in his road .

Block him out , lock him up and stop him ,
