It’s like talking through concrete , trying to get through to you

I’ll do whatever it takes because I’m in love with you .   

I poured out my heart to you with a strong heavy heartbeat   

So listen close to me because I’m talking through concrete     

Talking through concrete , I really hope you hear what I say

Talking through concrete , understand that everything’s okay

I’d bend over backwards to make you happy everyday

I’m talking through concrete and all the walls are coming down

Its like walking over hot coals, to tell you what I found  

I won’t waste any more time, so won’t you just hear me out

I’m talking through concrete so sometimes I might have to shout

Talking through concrete and there’s a lot of gravel and grit

Talking through concrete and there’s love in every single bit

I’d shovel it all uphill so you know my love is true .
