Under Suspicion

I’ve been accused .

Some strong arm tactics around town .

Lots of grieving going down . .

Someone’s going down for a long stretch of the imagination .

No excuses , no lies , no alibies ,

for you’re under suspicion, can’t you see .

Don’t leave town or don’t throw suspicion around

You’re under scrutiny .

You’re under suspicion for the things that you do .

Everyone’s got their eyes on you .

Don’t talk ., don’t walk , don’t wear a disguise .

Don’t think you’re safe around these streets ,

for I can see the light coming through .

You have no rights at all , I’ve captured you red handed there .

With no time to think .

You’re on the brink of an arrest .

That’s the name of the game .

Don’t try to hide , don’t try to run , in fact don’t even think at all .

You’re under suspicion for the things that you do .
