A Wee Bit Of The Irish Craic

Ireland is a divided island of 32 counties.

See the republic of Ireland has twenty six counties .

The north has 6 counties and there’s a border between us

Saint Patrick had nothing to do with the border that’s there .

There’s no borders in heaven and no division in prayer .

Ireland loves life , music, poetry, theatre and dance ,

The Craic as we say is a chance to find the romance

and that spark that makes us tick .

It starts at the dawn of day and carries on all night long ,

if you’ve got something to say , or a song to sing ,

or something that’s bursting within you

then you have to get out there where the Craic is coming through .

The Irish are the greatest talkers bar none so come on

Give us a wee bit of your Craic before our time is gone .

In Ireland there’s no borders to the Craic , its everywhere ,

At the end of every street there’s always some gossip there

Sure it does no harm and its s part of the Craic that we share .

T'is a grand day as each individual will say to you

With a warmth in the heart and it would fill your ear with Craic .t

The Irish will promise you the world and more , that’s a fact

And if that’s not enough before they say

“Time gentlemen “

They’ll love you to the moon and back until you come again

For another round of the old Craic in some other place

and another time when you’ll see that smile upon their face,

Ireland is a sanctuary , a zig zag down the track .
