I’m walking through the village square .

I’m passing time alone .

The market stalls are empty now

The crowds have all home .

I’m standing in a doorway

I look and scratch my head .

People in their cosy cars

are all going home to bed .

I can feel it in the air

.There is magic everywhere

In Wellingborough town .

As I look around Wellingborough town

. A welcome place it is here n

Wellingborough town .

All the village people

have lots of things to say

but its time that was leaving

I must be on my way  .
