Interchange
The exchange that fuels our universe is the laws of
reciprocal, often seem to go unnoticed, or we
have become so accustomed that we forget.
This gift of giving, offering deeds of charity.
Yes, the Earth is our model in giving us something
so essential to opening up our hearts and embracing
As we release what’s in our hands into the great
Exchange. The universe teaches us that she is.
The original clock, laws of time.
Our sun provides us with light and energy for the food chain.
In exchange, we, in our ages, use solar panels.
And a tech gratitude ritual in sunrise meditation.
There’s always an opportunity to share and pass it on, sons of enlightenment.
By night, an ever-guiding light, the moon never ceases to
not govern the tide, but influences the cycle of life.
Our marine coastal ecosystems are teeming with many
Diverse life forms. A nursery ground for species.
And weather influences plant growth in the moon cycles
As we consider the light flow of the new moon, full moon,
First quarter moon, the last quarter moon; a small silver
Waxing crescent as it passes the sun.
We give the moon a new vantage point.
It’s a vast scientific discovery technologically.
By making our mission to colonize the moon.
Our race to be first to Mars, the Moon, and beyond.
We revere her.
So here, in the spirit of giving, such kindness never
goes to waste.
When done from the heart, that is feel with grace. Our universe saves the day.
When you sow, so shall you reap; this is a universal law.
Nothing can compare to the tide going out, but it always retreats.
Our oceans offer us a wealth of resources for life exchange
As we learn to understand her heartbeat.
She reflects a mirror of Earth’s core depths within..
The ocean, she’s the womb of life, giving birth after.
The flood opened her womb and allowed Noah’s Ark
to sail, giving new life.
What great faith it takes, a chance to extend your hand
In sharing your faith, a smile, or a hug can go a long way.
In the Ark, that human connection saved the day.
We are now on an island passing by the ocean.
She produces half of the world's oxygen, a food trade
route through our climate temperature to save humanity.
There is more to be said on the ocean floor.
There they stand, trees and their leaves absorbing sunlight.
Ensuring our food's safety.
Take a deep breath, now hold it in! Release it.
Now we give the trees thanks for the oxygen we breathe.
Lying here now under this shaded cooling tree
Releases my stress and anxiety.
Some trees have lived for thousands of years.
How can we not set under this Llangernyw Yen and put?
Our arms around this 5,ooo year old tree in the UK
They share their wood, fruits, and shade, wisdom
That teaches us stillness;
Endurance family tree of life.
As her leaves transform and transience signals
a change of season, in how to surrender to growth.
By shedding what no longer serves us, now is a testimony.
There’s more to rain than her early morning shower.
Fresh water supply, clear air fills the rivers.
The rain teaches us that the vapor doesn’t fall; it returns.
It’s the sky's way of giving back what the earth
once offered its waters.
Who can number the stars? They each have their stories.
And only in their rotation do they display a gazing glow
phenomenon of being our ancient navigation.
They gave us their particles so that we could now become stardust.
Nature collaborated as caregiver and co-creators in our
Sustained universe.
By changing our perspective, we see we're not that
much different.
Having the courage to make a difference.
