Thirst for Country

I love country music. I love the countryside. I crave the feeling of country. When I turn up the radio to a country tune, my back is filled with chills at how good the sound is. When my family goes driving out in the countryside, I love being surrounded by the tall trees and by tons of vegetable fields.
Though we live in the suburbs, I hope to get a writing career when I am older and get at least enough money to move to the countryside. Or maybe I can save some money up and then buy a nice place with acreage in the countryside.
I do not mean the hillbilly countryside. I mean the countryside with nice people. The countryside that has nice houses. The countryside that has it's houses surrounded by trees and each house is a mile or more apart. The kind of country that has small town stores and a church or two. I would love to go to that tiny church. This type of countryside would have vegetable fields, as well.
My feet thirst for a good pair of country boots. My arms and back reach out for a black tank top and a flannel shirt. My legs search for a good pair of jeans. My boots, then, will seek the dust of the countryside. My boots will also want to find the stirrup hooked to a horse's saddle. My body wants to learn how to line dance or maybe even square dance. My hands want to have the feeling of chicken feed in my hand, so they can feed the chickens my eyes and mind seek. My hand wants to write about the countryside property that my whole body wants and will possibly live in one day. My hands want to say the rosary with my mind and mouth while I am surrounded by trees and maybe even by a creek. My head feels for the warmth of a cowgirl hat I do not yet have. My eyes want the sight of a pygmy goat and a teacup pig that yet do not exist. My whole self wants an old barn next to a simple house. Woods would surround this property and in some spots fill the property. You see, I won't feel alive until I get some of that country feeling.
But, first, I need to write some good books or short stories in a series and then get them published. After years of saving, I can probably get this hope. Then my whole self will be happy.
