Moonlight Relent
For a second I breathed through the silent corridors of this world
And the only sounds that hit against my heart were the radiating stings of her speechless cords
Even more than the second I’d seen the darkness of this ditch
And walked towards the highest hill and climbed and seen myself on the nearest edge
But without her, no one can push me into the deepest spot even if I bent
Not even the bitter wind that passes by my charming scent
For years I’d wait until the time passes and days shall become the mixture of beauty of one sunset and dawn
Holding the greatest times we’ve been together and letting our sorrows drip down
And no matter what pulls me away from that hill, I’d not be stopped from my one shot pace
For one day, I’d make a difference in our bond and save the day
For the cruel world to fade and lay beyond our state
State of eternal happiness that can no more ignore the help of each other’s aid
To me and her; the edge is just beyond our way
And we’d return back to where we’d walk with agonies buried down the soil of our remains
Walking towards the frost of the moon and laying there with no regrets
Watching the fireflies spurring around its glow and deep in our core we breed relents
