It's a strong rock
setting on me now
wide and smooth
and simple.
Small puckers
where limpets lived;
shallow dimples
salt crystals.
If I were stronger—
but the weight
how it stays and
how it stills

I like this poem describing the rocks pressure to its environment. Very astute.

small rock pools
Like pebbles in the sea, you bring memories of childhood,
Colourful little rockfish, tiny crabs now and then a small octopus. Some sea grass. Shells and bright pebbles in the clear water, foam and sunny skies.
Armed with a little net on wire. How fortunate we were, those happy days of dreams and fantasy, of throwing pebbles into the sea.
See you Morwenna! Tom
