A Serial Killer who's a hero

I'm a Serial Killer who's a hero and everybody is impressed.
They love me because I only kill people who work for the IRS.
When people are about to be audited, they give me a call.
I hunt down those IRS Agents and I slaughter them all.

Two years ago I went to the Police Station and confessed.
The cops started clapping and refused to place me under arrest.
The IRS complains to the District Attorney but he refuses to prosecute.
The IRS has sued me a hundred times but they never win their lawsuits.

When the IRS sees me coming, they run as fast as they can.
They know that I'm bad news and they want to get away from this man.
People adore me even though I've taken more lives than Nero.
They're thankful to be rid of the IRS, that's why I'm their hero.
