In the future with spreadsheets you'll be able to attach icons to a worksheet cell. For example, if you have a description 'Water Bill' next to that an amount £45.00, next to that you could have a .pdf icon of a water bill. Clicking on the icon, would reveal the water bill onscreen. Icons could be animated, and also have content like music or video.
