journal 8/08

Dear journal,

I'm not quite sure what to say. I'm not really happy to be alive and
writing this. I did a lot of work today. Data entry is boring and not
that easy but at least I get to listen to music. The police are still
harassing me. Supposedly they got mixed results on their lie detector
test. I was telling the truth so I don't know what that says about
their test. Fucking neanderthals. I decided to get drunk on some fancy
ale called Maudite. I'm not really that drunk but it is a good ale. I'm
trying to watch "The Wizard of Oz." I don't really have the attention
span. I've been drinking good mochas lately and occasionally treating
myself to a smoothie. I have been enjoying slower, more melancholy
music, folk, blues, etc. I saw a buck walking around the streets of
Ashland yesterday.
