On the U.S./South Korean Military Exercises

As a working-class native American, I feel these exercises are a terrible idea... and that China is right to criticize them. My reasoning for this is that when we act against North Korea, or brand them as part of an "axis of evil," we're not just acting against that single nation. We're acting against its allies, and we're making a statement about U.S. intentions toward the rest of the world. Considering how titanic our military is and our past policies of invading non-agressive nations such as Vietnam, the real issue becomes: "Is the U.S.A. going to dominate the world with its military?" Well, there are many powerful nations that ultimately just won't allow this, and sooner or later it would come down to another World War.
Well, I don't want to die in a mushroom cloud(and many millions of us would,) for anything America, Britain, France, or Japan stands for. Of course if democracy is the ultimate good, then logically North Korea and China are evil and so that'd be the best outcome. But democracy is just a new set of superstitions.
