The Rainbow

In front of my eyes
I see a rainbow in the sky,
What a view with it's many hues
The sun is shining on the rain just right
It makes the rainbow look bright
I wish I could sit upon it's arch
It looks' as though it's been starched
The rainbow has a golden glow
It beats any old picture show
I like how the colors are entwined
And how they are neatly combined
The rainbow is beginning to fade
It is awesome how the rainbow was made
