Thousand Kisses

Why am I giving a thousand kisses, yet receiving none in
return.
Why does it feel like he is taking my love, indulging in it, yet
returning none of it?
When I give these kisses, these kisses are the kisses of life and
slowly, as they are transmitted through the atmosphere, my heart is
drying, fading away.
