Health Care: A liberal failure

Ted Kennedy and the Clintons helped create "Obamacare." Obamacare was created to drive down skyrocketing healthcare costs and to create universal healthcare. The way that Obamacare has worked in Massachusettes is not quite ideal though.

First, many carriers of Obamacare must pay out of pocket for costs that Obamacare does not take care of. The carriers of "Obamacare" who cannot afford to carry these costs transfer these costs onto private healthcare corporations, thus driving the cost of healthcare up for private carriers while trying to stabilize it for "Obamacare." So it is not true that Obamacare drove down costs. It may have been better when the poor simply went into the emergency rooms without any health insurance.

Second, Obamacare is supposed to be universal health care. But is it really universal? Who really qualifies for health care? Obamacare seeks to exclusively woo certain minorities and turn them into liberals.
