What is Christmas?

This question has confounded me since I was very young. By the way, my Korean name is Young Hwan.
I am an eternally youthful person because of Jesus Christ. Perhaps I am using Christ. This is definitely a bad thing.
So what is Christmas or "Christ's Mass?" The Mass is when we receive the body of Christ into our souls, then the soul of Christ into our souls. There are differing interpretations of the Mass, but I believe it is consubstantiation, that is we are reconciled to Christ or God through Jesus' forgiveness of our sins. I don't believe that the Mass should separate the bread from the wine, but serve them at the same time, the bread dipped in wine to be the body (bread) and soul (wine) of Christ. This may seem somewhat Gnostic, but it is what it is.
