We went to some gospel concerts at the rugby stadium it was Don Francisco he never asked entrance fees only donations, even for the songs, free on the internet. A while ago, at the peak of apartheid shortly before its total collapse.
Our parents didn't like him so much he had very long hair. He was immensely popular as a gospel singer.
After the concerts they asked for people to come forward to give their hearts to Jesus and dedicate their lives to God and become disciples.
So W. he just stood right up he joined the others in front and we prayed for them.
Then each of these new disciples were assigned to an experienced field worker and to do this and to pray together for it. I had done mine shortly before. Very convincingly.
W. is not lacking ever in courage.
I accidentally overheard him and this guy W. said he just wants to make something sure beforehand, if it would be Ok if he had to kill people because he planned on being a mercenary. Well that guy he was bit lost for words anyway he wasn't going home empty handed.
