Teacher's Pet

I've never been a favourite pupil,
My work is not that good,
My parents cry and ask me why i don't
do what i should?
They want me to be a TEACHER'S PET, just
like Connie Reeves,
They want me to wear school uniform,
And never chew my sleeves!
They want me to get really high marks,
In tests that i get wrong,
They want me to join the after school chior,
And sing a solo in a song!
They want me to get a good report,
And never pick my nose,
They want me to wear clean pants,
And wash my dirty clothes!
They want me to be a TEACHER'S PET,
Just like Robbie Plight,
And never even dream of starting a
rather nasty fight.
They want me to use PROPER ENGLISH,
And stop using slang,
They want me to stop hanging,
With any knife using gang!
They want me to have a well paid job,
And walk around like a noble snob,
And the thing that really, really bugs me,
Is not what they want me to be,
It's just, ... i'm looking at my school report,
And in English....... I got a D?!
