A simple life

 I am a simple man 

I react to things in a straight forward manner 

Which some  might find dull 

I say  if the shoe fits wear it

When I am hungry I eat 

When I am tired I sleep

Judgemental people say I am to passive 

To uninvolved 

To moderate 

If you question my attitude towards things 

Perhaps you should question and why you have developed a more complex practice 

 Our first act in life is a physical act

We breathe into our lungs for the first time 

Our last act is  a physical act

We breathe out our last breath

What you choose to do with the middle sequence is in Entirely of your choosing

If you do not take  action 

do not complain

Especially to me 

Your life is your responsibility not mine
