Anti-Science fiction is any fiction that rails against the monopolization of truth by science in the 21st century.
It is in someways a revival of the romantic and gothic movement of the late regency and victorian period which reacted against the authors of the Enlightenment.
Other than that there are no rules about what anti-science fiction is. Infact, anti-Science fiction can even be science fiction.

Interesting idea! I am sure

Interesting idea! I am sure that not all science fiction writers are necessarily believers in the prime importance of scientific progress. I think many people today appreciate that many of our problems are not merely scientific but how we organise or educate ourselves or how we share the economic 'cake'.
