COLLECTO - Idea for a new kind of lottery.

People play the lottery and People collect stickers/bubble gum cards. So what if you were to combine those two things?
That is the idea behind Collecto.
Each pack of collecto cards contains collectable cards with pictures just like ordinary collector stickers/bubble gum cards.
But there are also Golden collecto cards that are very rare, 7 different ones, and any one who manages to collect all 7 Golden Collecto cards can win a massive cash prize.
Why is this a good idea- It is in a way, more fun than playing the lottery because even if you don't manage to get all the special Golden cards then atleast you get a big collection of collectable cards which, in time, may even gain monetary value as collectors items.
