On the edge of death, reborn.
He that climbed the tower high,
To fling his wingless body to the ground,
Upon seeing the world that angels see;
Being eye level with the rising sun,
Suddenly saw, through thick walls of gloom,
The true resplendence of Earth
And longed to live much longer;
Longed to see much more.
