One day while Sally and Susan were playing in their garden; a giant Pizza Pie came floating down out of the sky like a flying saucer.
It was made of different flavours of Pizza slices; some cheese and tomato, some pepperoni; some spicy chicken and some hawaiian style.
And out of its extra thick crust came pasta men waving long tentacles of spaghetti and they all had bulbous meatball eyes and dripped a slime of pasta sauce.
And reaching out with its long spaghetti tentacles one of the pasta men grabbed hold of Sally and Susan.
Fortunately, Sallys Mum heard them from inside their house and, seeing the Pasta men through her kitchen window, she knew just what to do.
Taking out three forks from the cutlery drawer in her kitchen she ran outside and she armed each of the girls with a fork.
Then, twisting up the spaghetti tentacles of the edible aliens, Sally and Susan started to eat them up.
They even started eating their giant pizza pie ship too, going "Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!".
But then, fortunately for the Pasta men who were being wiped out by the ravenous girls and their mum, one of them said, in an Italian accent,
"Stoppa! Stoppa! Iffa you don't eat us. We willa give you summa icea-cream fora desert".
"Ice cream?", asked Susan.
"Yessa. We pasta men can turn anything into icea-cream", he replied.
Then the Pasta man pointed one of his spaghetti tentacles at a nearby tree and it turned into a giant ice-cream lollypop on a stick.
And seeing the ice-cream Sally and Susan started to eat it up and it was delicious; chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavoured and while they were distracted by the giant ice-cream the remaining pasta men made their escape inside a flying garlic bread.
And as they were rocketing away from the Earth they met a giant Lasagne Mother ship and a fleet of Ravioli space fighters that were coming the other way.
"Turn back! Turn back!", they said to the Ravioli fleet.
"But we're going to invade the Earth", said the captain of the fleet from inside his Ravioli.
"No. You can't", said the Spaghetti crew of the Garlic bread, "They're monsters! Monsters who eat pasta!".
So then the Ravioli fleet and the Lasagne Mothership turned back and went home to their Pasta planet and after that all the Pasta aliens gave up their ambition to conquer the Earth.
Which was rather unfortunate for Sally, Susan and their Mum, really, because they were still very hungry.
But then their Mum made a big pot of Spaghetti with some meatball sauce and, though it didn't compare with fighting off the pasta aliens, it was very delicious all the same.
