Idea: Homing device security check that also catches criminals

You have a homing device/tracker that you wear so that your location is always known and recorded.
Your bank only allows transactions to be made with your debit card by the person wearing that homing device; you.

Thus a hacker can't steal your bank details and use them in another city or country, they'd have to be exactly where you are to use your details.
BUT what if the homing device gets stolen?
Well if a criminal steals your homing device atleast the police will know exactly where they are and will be able to catch them.

Downside: Big Brother will know where you are at all times.
