Large
Small
High
Low boots

For
Trampling,
Walking
And hiking

Many
Unspeakable
Crimes
Committed
By these
Seemingly
Innocent
Colourful
Comfortable
Fashionable boots

Remember
The Nazis
They had shining
And fashionable
Boots

Not used as
Fashion
Accessories
But symbol
Of downpression
Often used
To downpress

With excessive
Tramplings
Trouncing
Innocent beings

Oh! boots
You graced
Multitudes
But disgraced
Even more

Soft
Designer boots
When’ll you
Confess?
And ask for
Forgiveness?

Abandon your
Life
Of crime
And be used
What you were
Designed for

You graced
Multitudes of
Boys, girls
Men and women

The sooner
You confess
The better
For you and
The manufacturers

You should
Feel guilty
For aiding
And abating
In these
Crimes against
Humanity

Many arms and legs
Smashed
Pregnant women
Trampled

Brains crushed
By these seemingly
Innocent
Comfortable
Fashionable
Boots

We concede
You can crush
Snow
Hard soil
Rock or stone

But crushing
Human skulls
Tummies
Arms & legs
Is obscene & inhuman

Boots used
For what they were
Designed for
Give pleasure

To multitude
Of boys, girls
Men, women and
Children

But boots used
To torture
Innocent beings
Should be
Relegated
To museums

To remind us
Of the atrocities
Commited
In their names

Really like the ideas informing this piece, just a suggestion that you might lose the capitals 'BOOTS' and perhaps tighten the structure a little, for greater impact.Could be a great spoken word poem :-) All the best Lena xx

I agree - I really like the idea behind this one and I'd love to hear it read out loud - but I think it needs some work to make it really good. Just read it aloud and you'll hear where the metre falls apart a bit.
