Puzzle: Politically Correct Charades

You are a man playing charades with a group of men; you cannot speak; you cannot use pictures; there are no women around also this is a game of charades where you cannot indicate letters or sounds ("sounds like") and you are not allowed to use deaf sign language.
Question: The word you have to communicate to the other men in the room is "Woman". How do you non-verbally communicate this word to the other men without being politically incorrect/ resorting to sexist stereotypes (mother with baby, long hair, female anatomy etcetera).

I do not have an answer. Perhaps you can think of one.

I'd shrug, concede the round and pay the forfeit. What would you do if the situation were reversed? You'd find it equally difficult I'd say.

Hmmm... 

does this mean that, non-verbally, there are only "politically incorrect... sexist stereotypes" which differentiate men from women and/or women from men?

Are there differences which can be expressed (verbally) which can not be considered as being 'sexist', at least by some... e.g.  'women are generally smaller than men' might be construed by some as being 'sexist' (i.e. discriminatory in some sense)...

'women have a stronger emotional attachment to their children than do men'... if this is a sexist stereotype, then no comment... but, if in fact, that statement is true (scientifically/experimentally) then a non-verbal depiction of a woman with child wouldn't qualify as 'sexist' in a perjorative/discriminatory/'stereotypic' sense... or would it?

Anyway, beng a bit puzzled, myself, I'll just say: an interesting thought
