False happy

Feeling fine most of the time

well enough to format a rhyme

at least, but would this feeling 

cease if I stopped taking pills,

I'm ill you see, felt lost

in the dark and couldn't breath,

the demons in my head haunting me.

So I took the help, i took the pills

spoke to the doctor, explained my ill's,

he leveled me out and calmed me down

showed me again how not to frown,

but I can't help but feel

that it's not really real.

 

It's my false, drug induced, 

happy.

l liked the flow and the rhyme-flow in this.

As for the suject matter, I guess, medication can help the tensions, and you're happy to be feeling relaxed, and less worried. Feelings of happiness will always vary, but maybe you can start by being glad you feel somewhat better, glad you're feeling fine most of the time, glad you can format a rhyme, glad for a number of other things probably!
